Woodbridge Shopping Centers Sold for $53M: 4 Locations Included

Ideal Realty Group, Rock Creek Property Group, and The Sigmund Companies have jointly announced the acquisition of four Dale City, VA regional shopping centers for $52.8 million from Interstate Management Incorporated. This purchase encompasses Center Plaza, Mapledale Plaza, Forestdale Plaza and Glendale Plaza with a combined 470,000 square feet on 70 acres located within 3 miles along Dale Blvd.

The shopping centers were originally built by original Dale City designers in the 1970s and are now community mainstays featuring major tenants such as Giant grocery stores Truist Bank CVS and Dollar General. Commencing Q1 2024 multimillion-dollar renovations will be conducted to modernize these centers including improvements to parking lots lighting fixtures tenant signage etc.. KLNB is handling retail leasing while The Shopping Center Group is managing the property .
