Belmont Logistics, a state-of-the-art industrial complex in Woodbridge, VA, is now under construction. The project is led by The IDI Group Companies and ACD Precast LLC in partnership with the Carosi family. With an investment of over $110 million secured for the development, Belmont Logistics will consist of three buildings spread across a 36.6-acre campus along the I-95 corridor.
Scheduled to be completed by 2026, this Class A complex aims to cater to the increasing demand for modern industrial space in the area. It offers flexible warehouse facilities designed to meet various tenants’ requirements.
The financing for this project is provided by Keystone National Group while RW Murray serves as its general contractor and JLL oversees leasing and property management activities.
This groundbreaking development marks another milestone in Woodbridge’s thriving commercial real estate market.
