Wood Partners Sells Nashville Apartments

Wood Partners recently completed the sale of an Antioch apartment complex for $86 million. The Corban Farms at Cane Ridge, consisting of 330 units spread across multiple buildings on a 39-acre site at 3144 Old Franklin Road, was purchased by Bonaventure. This equates to approximately $260,606 per unit.

According to the Nashville Business Journal, Wood Partners acquired the land in 2021 for $5.75 million and developed the apartments which opened in 2022.

This marks Bonaventure’s first transaction in Nashville as they are primarily based in Alexandria, Virginia and operate throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeastern regions since their establishment in 1999.
