Wood Partners is making progress on the construction of Alta Center Point, a multifamily residential community located at 625 Gregsons Bend in San Marcos. The development will offer 330 apartment homes with one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans. Construction began 10 months ago and the first unit is anticipated to open in the first quarter of 2024. Design Balance has been appointed as architect for this project.
