**Wood Partners Breaks Ground on All-Electric Alta Nashoba Valley in Bolton, MA**

National multifamily developer Wood Partners has officially broken ground on its latest residential project—Alta Nashoba Valley—in Bolton, Massachusetts, a suburb of Boston. The new development will be a fully electric, 229-unit apartment community, with 25% of the units designated as affordable housing. The first units are expected to be available in December 2025.

Designed with sustainability in mind, Alta Nashoba Valley will feature high-efficiency heat pumps and on-demand hot water systems, ensuring that all heating, cooling, and cooking functions are fully electric. According to Wood Partners, this marks a significant shift in the Massachusetts market for non-subsidized housing and offers a more environmentally friendly alternative to traditional gas-powered systems.

“We are very active in the region and remain dedicated to providing high-quality living spaces for the community,” said Kelen Araujo, Development Manager at Wood Partners.

Alta Nashoba Valley adds to the developer’s growing presence in the New England region. Within the past year, Wood Partners has also initiated construction on Alta Altitude in Warwick, RI; Alta Oak & Pine in Londonderry, NH; and Alta Forge in Abington, MA.
