Wood Partners and their capital partner, ParkProperty Capital, recently broke ground on the upscale residential community Alta North City located in Shoreline’s growing North City neighborhood just north of Seattle.

The property will offer 228 apartment homes comprised of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom custom designed floorplans as well as over 4,000 square feet of ground floor retail with outdoor plaza space.
