Wood Partners Begins Construction on Developments in RI and NH

Wood Partners, a leading real estate development company, has recently commenced construction on two new projects in Warwick, Rhode Island and Londonderry, New Hampshire. These developments mark the company’s expansion into these states and will provide over 475 much-needed housing units to their respective markets.

Alta Altitude in Warwick’s “City Centre” will consist of 214 modern apartment homes spread across two four-story buildings. The community boasts top-notch amenities such as a fitness center, resident lounges and a resort-style pool. Similarly, Alta Oak & Pine in Londonderry will offer 264 units across eleven three-story buildings with features like a fitness center, work-from-home lounge and dog park.

According to Mark Seck from Wood Partners’ Boston office: “We are constantly seeking opportunities to develop in high-growth markets that offer convenient transportation options and access to highly skilled professionals while providing an unparalleled residential experience.” Construction for both communities began in May 2024 with Alta Altitude expected to welcome its first residents by Summer of 2025 followed by Alta Oak & Pine by Spring of the same year.

This latest update showcases Wood Partner’s commitment towards expanding their presence into key growth areas while delivering exceptional living spaces for their residents.
