Wolfe Investments is actively engaged in the adaptive reuse of buildings. The company is teaming up with Bluelofts on a reconstruction project in Fort Worth, transforming the old Star-Telegram/Oil & Gas buildings into a mixed use development. Now Wolfe plans to convert an 18-story office building into a 238-unit Class A multifamily building. The Plano-based firm purchased the office tower at 211 N. Ervay, which was initially constructed in 1958. Upon completion, it will feature studio; one-bed, one bath; and two bed two bath floor plans along with amenities such as fitness center and business lounge for residents’ convenience . Construction of this new multifamily building is estimated to take 14 – 16 months .
