### WNC & Associates and Belmont Development Acquire Affordable Housing Properties in Oklahoma

WNC & Associates (WNC) and Belmont Development Company (BDC) have successfully closed a deal to acquire three affordable housing properties in Arkoma and Pocola, Oklahoma.

**Property Details:**
– **GardenWalk of Pocola:** Located at 207 Howard Street in Pocola, this property consists of 36 units across six two-story buildings.
– **GardenWalk of PocArk – Pocola:** Situated at 210 Rowe Avenue in Pocola, it features 20 units across 10 one-story buildings.
– **GardenWalk of PocArk – Arkoma:** Comprising 23 units, this community includes a mix of two one-story buildings and two two-story buildings.

All three properties will undergo renovations through Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) financing. The housing will be reserved for family households earning up to 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
