Witnick Real Estate Partners, a New York-based real estate investment firm, has acquired a multifamily property in Williamsburg, Brooklyn for $26.8 million. Located at 525 Union Ave., the 5-story elevator building features 43 apartments and 18 parking spots with an expiring 421A tax abatement remaining in place until 2025. Lev Mavashev and Daniel Aminov of Alpha Realty brokered the deal. This acquisition marks another successful transaction for Witnick Real Estate Partners as they continue to expand their portfolio throughout New York City’s boroughs.
