Winstanley Acquires Windsor Fulfillment Center for $122M

Winstanley Enterprises, a New England-based company, has acquired 200 Old Iron Ore Road in Windsor, Connecticut for $122.3 million. The property was previously held by Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH and is leased to Amazon on a long-term basis. This 1,071,000-square-foot fulfillment center was completed in 2014 and sits on 89.5 acres of land.

Adam Winstanley of Winstanley Enterprises expressed his enthusiasm about the acquisition: “We saw this as an opportunity to add a large first-class warehouse building at an attractive and convenient location; we remain confident in the long term viability of warehouse and distribution properties which is why we have continued to grow our portfolio within this sector”
