The Westcott, a highly anticipated transit-oriented apartment community located in Swampscott, MA has recently received funding from WinnDevelopment. With an expected completion date of mid-2025 and a budget of $69.1 million, this project offers a variety of unit sizes ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments.
Residents can look forward to top-notch amenities such as communal spaces, rooftop deck access, fitness and business centers as well as a dog spa. This development has gained support from both state and local authorities including Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), American Rescue Plan funds and contributions from agencies like MassHousing and the Swampscott Affordable Housing Trust.
