The 81-room hospitality property was sold by a limited liability company and marketed exclusively by First VP Ebrahim Valliani and senior associate Michael Klar from Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office. Additionally, senior managing director Allan Miller and executive managing director Chris Gomes from Marcus & Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices were also involved in brokering the previous sale of the hotel.
