**Wine Importer Wilson Daniels Leases Full Floor at 250 Park Avenue South**

The Feil Organization has finalized a 10-year lease agreement with Wilson Daniels, a family-owned luxury wine importer and marketer. The deal encompasses the entire eighth floor—totaling 12,000 square feet—at 250 Park Avenue South in Manhattan.

Wilson Daniels will relocate and expand from its current office at 19 West 24th Street. The new premises are being customized to suit the firm’s operations and will include a specially designed wine cellar to showcase its esteemed portfolio of fine wines.

“Wilson Daniels was looking for a location that not only elevated their brand presence but also provided a premium space tailored to their unique needs,” said Anthony LoPresti of Cushman & Wakefield. “250 Park Ave. South delivers on every front, from its architectural character to its central location, making it the ideal next chapter for their continued growth.”

LoPresti, along with Jordy Elardo of Cushman & Wakefield, represented Wilson Daniels in the lease transaction. The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Andrew Wiener, Robert Fisher, and Henry Korzec.
