**Wind Point Partners Relocates Headquarters to Salesforce Tower, Expands Office Space**
Wind Point Partners, a private equity investment firm, has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to a new full-floor space at the Salesforce Tower in Chicago. The firm has signed a multi-year lease for approximately 24,000 square feet on the 23rd floor of the high-rise, marking a 70% expansion of its existing footprint.
The transaction was facilitated by Savills, with Vice Chairman John Goodman and Managing Director Brandon Nasatir leading the effort, alongside Vice Chairman Eric Feinberg and Managing Director Isabel Schwartz. Representing Salesforce in the sublease negotiations were Mark Cassata and Paul Reaumond of CBRE.
Wind Point Partners will move into raw, unfinished space at the tower, which it intends to build out and tailor to its operational needs. The relocation is scheduled for completion next year.
Salesforce Tower, located at 333 W. Wolf Point Plaza in the River North submarket, stands 60 stories tall and offers 1.2 million square feet of premium office space. Tenants benefit from a suite of amenities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, wellness rooms, spacious conference facilities, and lounge areas that feature riverfront balconies.
“With this move, Wind Point Partners will occupy the full 23rd floor and significantly grow its presence in the city,” said Nasatir.
This relocation underscores the firm’s continued growth and commitment to investment in the Chicago market.
