Majestic Realty Co. has successfully secured a long-term lease agreement with Win.IT America, Inc. for Building #5 at Grand Crossing South in City of Industry. The 606,480-square-foot building is part of the company’s 290-acre master-planned business center.
This marks the second full-building lease between Majestic and Win.IT in just two years, as the e-commerce supply chain provider also occupies Building #4 which was leased in 2023.
Cushman and Wakefield executive managing directors Robin Dodson and Chris Tolles represented Win.IT in both leases. Majestic has been actively developing Class-A industrial space at Grand Crossing South since 2021, totaling nearly 3.3 million square feet including two of Los Angeles County’s largest buildings built within the past three years.
According to Hank Darnell, Senior Vice President at Majestic Realty Co., this success can be attributed to occupiers’ positive response to not only the quality and location of these buildings but also their top-of-the-line amenities offered throughout the park.
