Wilshire Quinn Capital recently announced that its private lending fund, the Wilshire Quinn Income Fund, has successfully refinanced a hotel portfolio in Laguna Beach for $12,550,000. The portfolio includes two properties: a 7,070-square-foot boutique hotel with 14 keys and street-level retail space; and a three-story resort hotel spanning 24,686 square feet with 54 rooms and amenities such as a fitness center and pool.
Both hotels are ideally situated just one block from the ocean and less than half a mile from downtown Laguna Beach. According to CEO Christopher Garcia,”Our bridge lending platform is dedicated to providing swift financing solutions in today’s challenging commercial lending landscape.” This commitment ensures that borrowers can avoid delays often associated with traditional lenders.
