Wilshire Capital Divests Vacant Office Spaces in Irvine

CBRE successfully arranged the sale of 17900 Von Karman, a 70,964-square-foot Class A office building in Irvine. Wilshire Capital Partners sold the property to an owner-user that intends to occupy it shortly after renovations. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.

Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache, Bryan Johnson, David Dowd and Jennifer Whittington of CBRE represented Wilshire in this transaction.

DeLorenzo commented on this unique opportunity: “The sale of 17900 Von Karman was a great chance to acquire a Class A low-rise office building situated in Orange County’s Greater Airport Area.” He went on to say that “Multiple competitive offers drove strong pricing and enabled us close escrow just 26 days after opening – which is indicative of Southern California’s ongoing strength for owner user offices.”
