This prime location at the intersection of 57th Street and Park Avenue offers stunning views of Manhattan and is home to prestigious tenants such as BlueCrest Capital and Aston Martin. In addition to its desirable location, SL Green is making significant upgrades to the building including a modern lobby and an exclusive wellness center for tenants featuring fitness facilities, golf simulators, and luxurious locker rooms.
