### Leasing Begins for Luxury Rentals at Williamsburg Wharf

Naftali Group and Access Industries have officially launched leasing for Two Williamsburg Wharf and Three Williamsburg Wharf, two new high-end residential buildings within the Williamsburg Wharf development. This 3.75-acre master-planned community is located along Williamsburg’s East River shoreline.

Situated at 478 and 482 Kent Avenue, these two towers will feature a total of 334 luxury apartments. Residents will have access to an extensive range of indoor and outdoor amenities spanning more than 20,000 square feet. Move-ins are scheduled to begin this spring.

“Williamsburg has matured into a premier destination for culture, dining, and vibrant city living, and Naftali Group is proud to reinforce its commitment to redefining urban living with this latest addition to the Williamsburg waterfront’s last developable parcel,” said Miki Naftali, chairman and CEO of Naftali Group.

Market-rate apartments at Two and Three Williamsburg Wharf start at $3,500 for a studio. Leasing is being handled exclusively by Corcoran New Development.
