**Williams Development Group Sells Greensboro Warehouse for $41M**
Williams Development Group has sold a 400,000-square-foot warehouse located within the Youngs Mill Industrial Center in Greensboro, North Carolina, to real estate firm EQT Exeter for $41 million. The building, situated at 4023 Maddux Drive, will be occupied by Metropolitan Warehouse and Delivery, which has signed a long-term lease agreement.

The Youngs Mill Industrial Center is a master-planned industrial park spanning approximately 190 acres and featuring around 2 million square feet of industrial space. The park is held by multiple owners, including NFI Industrial, which owns the remaining undeveloped land. CBRE is currently marketing this remaining acreage for build-to-suit opportunities.
In addition to the recently sold facility, Williams previously developed a 280,000-square-foot speculative building within the same park. That property was sold to Lincoln Property Company in 2021 and is currently leased to Peloton and its parent company, Precor.
