**Whole Foods to Anchor Retail Center at The Mix in Frisco**
Construction has officially begun on a new Whole Foods Market at The Mix, a $3 billion, 112-acre mixed-use development in Frisco, Texas. This marks Whole Foods Market’s first location in the city. The store will be located at the intersection of Dallas Parkway and Lebanon Road, serving as the anchor tenant of the development’s retail center.
The Whole Foods Market is part of the first phase of The Mix, which broke ground in January 2025. Phase One spans 28 acres and will feature approximately 100,000 square feet of retail space, 115,000 square feet of Class A office space, 635 urban residential units, and a portion of the planned 8-acre central park.
Positioned in Frisco’s North Platinum Corridor, The Mix offers convenient access via the Dallas North Tollway, Lebanon Road, Parkwood Boulevard, and John Hickman Parkway. The full development is set to include more than 2 million square feet of Class A office space, 375,000 square feet of upscale retail, two hotels, and over 3 million square feet of residential space.
