The business park is located off Interstate 270 at MD Route 85 and spans over 49 acres.
The company plans to relocate its regional operations and approximately 30 employees to the new location on Pegasus Court by early next year. The landlord was represented by Danny Foit from St. John Properties during the transaction.
The leased space is located at 5123 Pegasus Court within a single-story building that offers flex/R&D options totaling up to69,240 square feet. With features such as clear ceiling heights of up to16 feet and rear dock and drive-in loading capabilities,the building provides ample opportunities for various types of businesses.Westview Business Park consists of nine flex/R&D buildings spanning over420,000 square feetand five retail buildings covering more than30,000squarefeetof spacein total.
