The transactions included renewals for tenants Nvidia, American Fujikura Limited, and Sentry totaling 54,000 square feet at 2 Westford Technology Park. In addition to these renewals, new leases were signed with Future Electronics and Crown Castle for a total of 31,000 square feet at buildings 1 and 5 within the park.
The ownership of the property is represented by Newmark’s Torin Taylor , Richard Ruggiero , Matthew Adams , along with Rory Walsh . The Gutierrez Company is a Burlington-based real estate owner and developer.
Westford Technology Park spans one million square feet across multiple buildings located just northeast of Boston. Its tenant roster includes top companies such as Akamai , Raytheon Technologies , Johnson Controls , Lockheed Martin Corporation,and Nvidia .
