Westcore Acquires 3.5M-SF Industrial Portfolio in Bay Area and Southern California

Westcore, a leading industrial real estate acquisition, development and asset management firm, has acquired the 3.5 million-square-foot Odyssey Portfolio comprised of industrial properties in Livermore, Valencia and Chino. The purchase price was not disclosed.

The portfolio includes assets located in some of California’s most robust industrial markets: Chino with nine buildings totaling 1,466,728 square feet and nine tenants; Valencia with four buildings totaling 742 558 square feet and five tenants; as well as three buildings spanning 1 296 908 square feet in Livermore occupied by two tenants.
