**Rare West Los Angeles Industrial Portfolio Hits Market for First Time in Nearly 50 Years**

Eric Sackler and Susan Lau of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty have listed a rare assemblage of industrial properties in West Los Angeles, marking a historic opportunity for investors and developers. The offering includes 15 parcels—many being made available for the first time in nearly half a century.

“After almost 50 years of privately acquiring contiguous industrial property groupings in West Los Angeles, these highly desirable properties are now being offered by my client for sale,” said Sackler. “This once-in-a-lifetime offering consists of 15 parcels located in the heart of West Los Angeles.”

The collection spans approximately 110,338 square feet of land and features roughly 62,985 square feet of existing industrial buildings. The properties are available for sale individually, in subgroups, or as a complete portfolio, offering flexibility for a wide range of investment strategies.

Thirteen of the parcels are located just south of Olympic Boulevard, between Barrington Avenue and Sawtelle Boulevard, with two additional sites positioned on Olympic Boulevard just west of Barrington Avenue. Several parcels are contiguous, while others include vacant lots, providing a mix of redevelopment potential and existing use.

This offering represents a significant opportunity to acquire a rare piece of West Los Angeles industrial real estate with long-term value and strategic positioning in a high-demand urban market.
