Wendover Building: Kissimmee Transit-Oriented Housing Project

Wendover Housing Partners is currently in the process of constructing a $38 million housing project, known as Weston 4 Hundred, at 500 Spencer St. in Kissimmee. This development will consist of 205 units designed for workforce housing.

The rental prices for this community range from $1,460 to $2,300 per month and it is conveniently located just one block away from the Kissimmee SunRail station. The units will vary in size from one to three bedrooms and range between 520 to 1,248 square feet.

According to Ricardo Alicea of Wendover Housing Partners,”Transit-oriented communities are proving essential as Central Florida continues its expansion.” He also mentioned that their previous transit-oriented community in Longwood called Weston Park has been successful and they have similar goals for this new project – providing residents with a pleasant living experience while offering easy access to employment opportunities and recreational activities.

Wendover Housing Partners is a privately held real estate company specializing in developing affordable multi-family properties such as workforce housing and student communities throughout the Southeastern U.S.

“Connect CRE” or “Connect LA” or “Connect Texas” should not be mentioned here since they are not relevant information related directly with Wendover’s current construction projects.
