**Wells Fargo Relocating Fort Worth Office to the Shops at Clearfork**

Wells Fargo will relocate an undisclosed number of employees from its current City Center office in Fort Worth to a newly developed space at the Shops at Clearfork. The move marks the end of the bank’s operations at its 70,000-square-foot office in Sundance Square, where it has been located since 2006.

The new location, situated within a three-story, 70,000-square-foot building being developed by Simon Property Group, will feature two floors of modern Class A office space—approximately 50,000 square feet. Additionally, the ground floor will include around 22,000 square feet designated for retail and restaurant use. Wells Fargo is expected to occupy all but 11,000 square feet of the building.

Construction has already commenced, with the building slated for completion and opening in 2026. Once completed, it will become the third office building at the Shops at Clearfork, joining two others that are fully leased.

In the office lease transaction, David Walters of CBRE represented Wells Fargo, while Cannon Camp of JLL represented Simon.
