**Prominent Developer to Sell Irregular Nashville Building Site**

At one point, well-known Nashville developer Tony Giarratana planned to construct a 45-story residential tower on a uniquely shaped 0.39-acre lot in the city’s SoBro district. Those plans have now shifted, as Giarratana has decided to put the property up for sale.

In 2021, Giarratana revealed plans to develop a striking, curved condominium tower on Korean Veterans Boulevard. The proposed structure would have become the second-tallest building in Nashville. The site was originally purchased by Giarratana in 2015 for $1.85 million.

The parcel is currently being marketed by Kipper Worthington and Crews Johnston from Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office. While the asking price has not been disclosed, the property is fully entitled for the previously proposed 45-story development.

Giarratana has an extensive track record in the city, having built and sold more than 1,000 condominium units throughout Nashville.
