Welcome to MODEC’s New US Home in Houston’s West Memorial Place!

MODEC International, Inc. and its SOFEC subsidiary recently relocated their US headquarters from 15011 Katy Freeway to a 116,000 square foot lease at the West Memorial Place I building located at 15375 Memorial Drive in Houston. The landlord was represented by Johnny Knight, Stewart Smith and Aaron Ander of Fuller Realty while MODEC and SOFEC were represented by David Carter and Jay Kyle of Colliers.

MODEC is a global supplier and operator of offshore floating systems with an estimated worth of $3 billion based in Japan while SOFEC is an advanced supplier for mooring fluid transfer systems for offshore energy companies that is majority owned by MODEC.
West Memorial Place was developed in 2015 by Skanska as part of the Energy Corridor providing easy access to Interstate 10 along with other major traffic roadways on 12 acres featuring a campus-like atmosphere with privacy yet visibility all around it.
