Weitzman’s Austin office has recently welcomed Jordan Walker as their new Senior Vice President. In this role, he will be responsible for overseeing the company’s newly formed Industrial Division. Leveraging Weitzman’s extensive network of clients across Texas and nationwide, along with his proven success as an industrial broker in Central and South Texas, Walker is poised to lead the division to great success.
At Weitzman, Walker will oversee all aspects of industrial project representation, tenant representation, land sales and related brokerage services in Central Texas and other markets throughout the state. Prior to joining Weitzman, he held a position as vice president at CBRE in Austin where he managed a diverse portfolio consisting of both industrial and creative office properties. During his time there, he successfully facilitated over 1 million square feet of tenant representation business. Before that role,Walker also gained valuable experience working on an industrial brokerage team at HPI Real Estate Services & Investments Inc., where they were responsible for leasing more than 15 million square feet of industrial space across both Austin and San Antonio markets.
