CBRE has successfully facilitated the sale of The Artisan, a premier 264-unit apartment complex located in Elk Grove, a highly sought-after suburb of Sacramento. The property was acquired by Weidner Apartment Homes for $77 million, equating to $291,666 per unit.
The transaction was overseen by CBRE’s expert team consisting of Marc Ross and Hasina Ahmadi who represented the sellers – Sequoia Equities and Coit Financial.
