Wayfair to Open 140,000-Square-Foot Store in Denver in 2026

Wayfair has announced plans to open its next large-format retail store in Denver by late 2026. The new location will span approximately 140,000 square feet and represents the company’s first retail presence in the Mountain West region. It will be situated at 8298 E. Northfield Blvd. within The Shops at Northfield, a property owned and managed by Stockdale Capital Partners.

This Denver location is the third store Wayfair has announced this year, following new sites slated for Atlanta, Georgia, and Yonkers, New York. The expansion continues the momentum of Wayfair’s physical retail strategy, following the grand opening of its first store in Wilmette, Illinois.

Designed across two floors, the Denver store will include 19 distinct departments. Shoppers can expect offerings across furniture, housewares, appliances, mattresses, floral arrangements, and home décor, along with spaces dedicated to professional design services.

The lease transaction was facilitated by Erik Christopher, along with Tami Lord and Tony Pierangeli of SRS Real Estate Partners, and Matt Curtin with Newmark.
