Berkeley Partners has secured $3.9 million in financing from Washington Trust’s Commercial Real Estate Group for the acquisition of a fully leased industrial property at 75 John Hancock Road in Taunton, Massachusetts. The 34,236 square-foot property is located in the Metro South industrial market and offers convenient access to Interstates 95 and 495 as well as Routes 24 and 44.
