The project is slated to be completed by early 2026 and will feature approximately 100 townhomes and 500 apartments designed in collaboration with Hensley Lamkin Rachel Inc (HLR), based out of Dallas. The apartment units will range from 650 to1,400 square feet and include one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Additionally, the property will offer two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from1,400 to1,700 square feet.
