Wasatch Planning 600 Units in Thomas Ranch: A Comprehensive Development Plan

Wasatch Premier Properties (WPP) has acquired a 58-acre parcel in Thomas Ranch for the development of a multifamily community. The prime location, situated in Spicewood just 25 miles from downtown Austin, was sold by Arete Collective.

The project is slated to be completed by early 2026 and will feature approximately 100 townhomes and 500 apartments designed in collaboration with Hensley Lamkin Rachel Inc (HLR), based out of Dallas. The apartment units will range from 650 to1,400 square feet and include one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Additionally, the property will offer two- and three-bedroom townhomes ranging from1,400 to1,700 square feet. Residents can enjoy amenities such as a dog park, swimming pool,s pa clubhouse,y oga studio,f itness center,and more.

Upon its completion,T homas Ranch will provide housing options for all price points within distinct neighborhoods.Additionally,a downtown district offering over250 ,000 square feet of commercial real estate space for retail,dining,services,and officeswill be conveniently located within walking distance.
