**Dayton Street Partners Sells I-16 Logistics Center for $72 Million**

Dayton Street Partners has sold the I-16 Logistics Center, a 548,818-square-foot distribution facility located in Ellabell, Georgia. The property was acquired by MetLife Investment Management for $72 million.

Located in the West submarket of the Savannah industrial market, the facility is just 20.8 miles from the Garden City Terminal and sits adjacent to the I-16/U.S. 280 interchange. It is also positioned directly across from the 17 million-square-foot Hyundai Metaplant.

Completed in 2023, the I-16 Logistics Center is fully leased to tenants including Veyer Logistics, Ecoplastic America, and GFA. The state-of-the-art distribution center features 36-foot clear heights, a 185-foot truck court depth, 112 trailer parking spaces, 298 auto parking spaces, and 92 dock-high doors equipped with 45 mechanical pit levelers.

The JLL Capital Markets team that represented the seller was led by Britton Burdette, Dennis Mitchell, Jim Freeman, Bobby Norwood, and Maggie Dominguez.
