Ware Malcomb, a global design firm headquartered in Irvine, has announced the appointment of four senior team members to newly created leadership positions known as “practice leaders.” These individuals will enhance business diversity and support specialized capabilities across the Americas. Luciana Arim will serve as Practice Leader for Science & Technology; Kate Lyle for Industrial Cold & Food; Anthony Simon for Retail; and Charles Swanson for Multifamily.
According to EVP Matt Brady, this move reflects Ware Malcomb’s ongoing evolution of its leadership structure. The practice leaders will strengthen internal teams and expand business opportunities in their respective disciplines across all Ware Malcomb offices. They also play a crucial role in streamlining service delivery and utilizing firmwide resources on projects within their areas of expertise.
Luciana Arim is based in Pleasanton and serves as Director of Science & Technology at Ware Malcomb’s office there. In her new role, she will oversee the growth of the company’s S&T practice. Meanwhile, Kate Lyle is located at the Irvine headquarters where she holds dual roles: Practice Leader for Industrial Cold & Food while also serving as Director there.
Anthony Simon leads Retail efforts from New York City where he serves both roles – that being said he is now responsible not only directing but leading retail projects nationwide with his extensive experience base . Lastly Chicagoland-based Charles Swanson takes on two titles: Practice Leader AND Director Multifamily!
