**Walters’ Income-Restricted Holmdel Project Now Fully Leased**
Cornerstone at Holmdel, an income-restricted residential community developed by Walters, is now fully leased and occupied. Located at 461 Middle Road in Holmdel, New Jersey, the 50-residence development was completed in June 2024.
Situated on nearly four acres in Monmouth County, the community consists of three three-story buildings designed to meet LEED Gold and ENERGY STAR certification standards. The property offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment layouts. Each unit is equipped with upgraded features such as full-size washers and dryers, dishwashers, controlled heating, and central air conditioning.
Cornerstone at Holmdel benefits from a central location near both the Holmdel Towne Center and the Commons at Holmdel, providing convenient access to retail, dining, and other local amenities.
