"Walmart to Invest $380M in Waco-Area Milk Processing Plant"

Walmart, a leading retail giant, is set to open its third owned and operated milk processing facility in Robinson, Texas by 2026. This new facility will bring about economic growth for the community of Robinson by creating nearly 400 job opportunities. With an estimated construction cost of over $380 million, this project marks the first anchor tenant in the thriving Robinson Business Park.

Upon completion, this state-of-the-art facility will span over 310,000 square feet and serve as a production and distribution hub for various milk options such as Gallon, Half Gallon , Whole ,2%,1%, Skim,and Chocolate Milk under Walmart’s Great Value brand and Sam’s Club Member’s Mark brand. These products are expected to be distributed to more than 750 Walmart stores and Sam’s Clubs across Southern states including Texas,Oklahoma,Louisiana,and parts of Arkansasand Mississippi.

This significant investment by Walmart showcases their commitment towards expanding their presence in Central Texas while also providing quality products for customers throughout the region.
