Walker Development has recently acquired a 43,000-square-foot flex building in Southborough, MA for $5.1 million from Trask Development. This property offers great potential for value addition with approximately 24,185 square feet of available space including low bay industrial and office space.
The deal was facilitated by Victor Galvani and Matt Cune of SVN Parsons Commercial Group between the seller and buyer. Walker Development plans to use part of the building as their corporate headquarters while the remaining space is either leased or available for leasing through SVN Parsons Commercial Group who will continue as the leasing agent.
This acquisition marks an exciting opportunity for Walker Development to expand their presence in Massachusetts and further enhance their portfolio.
