Walker and Dunlop Secures $66 Million for Midwest Senior Properties

Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has successfully secured $65,731,000 in financing for seven skilled nursing facilities and memory care centers located in Illinois and Wisconsin. The loans were originated between October 2023 and February 2024 under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) programs 232/223(f) and 241(a).

The Midwest FHA Finance team at Walker & Dunlop led by Joshua Rosen , Brad Annis, and Johnny Rice facilitated the construction loan as well as refinancing on behalf of five clients using HUD as the lender.

According to senior managing director of FHA Finance at Walker & Dunlop Joshua Rosen , “We are delighted to announce that we have closed loans on seven properties with a total unit count of 376 units. This achievement is a testament to our brokers’ expertise in handling complex real estate transactions.” He further added that these closings demonstrate their unwavering commitment towards delivering excellence in healthcare real estate by providing value-driven solutions to clients while facilitating significant investments.
