Walker & Dunlop, Inc. has successfully secured a $148 million loan to refinance The Victoria, a 30-story multi-tower project located in the vibrant neighborhood of Harlem. This financing was made possible through Aareal Capital and facilitated by Walker & Dunlop’s New York Capital Markets team, comprised of experienced professionals such as Aaron Appel, Keith Kurland, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz,Ari Hirt,and William Herring.

Developed by Lam Group and Exact Capital,the impressive project boasts 191 luxurious residences,a 211-key Marriott Renaissance Hotel,and an expansive retail space spanning over 23,000 square feet.The Victoria,proudly standing as Harlem’s tallest building,is set to be completed in Q3 of2023.It also offers convenient underground parking with52 spaces.Located near iconic landmarks like the Apollo Theater and Columbia University’s Manhattanville campus,this development seamlessly blends cultural heritage with modern amenities.

According to Appel,”This transaction serves as a testament to the significance of this transformative development in Upper Manhattan.” With its prime location and exceptional features,the newly refinanced Victoria is poised for success under Walker & Dunlop’s expert guidance.
