Hilton and Wine Country Hospitality Partners are collaborating on the development of Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country and Waldorf Astoria Residences Texas Hill Country. Slated to open in 2027, this expansive luxury project will be managed by Hilton and located less than one mile from downtown Fredericksburg.
The forthcoming resort will feature 60 dedicated hotel guest rooms and suites, alongside 37 branded multi-bedroom resort villas eligible for Hilton’s hotel rental program. Additionally, the property will include 74 more keys and 50 branded private residences. Guests and residents will enjoy a collection of upscale amenities, including five distinct food and beverage outlets, an 11,000-square-foot spa and fitness center, and two resort-style swimming pools.
Upon its debut, Waldorf Astoria Texas Hill Country will participate in Hilton Honors, the company’s award-winning guest loyalty program. The resort will become part of the global Waldorf Astoria portfolio, which currently includes over 30 properties with an equal number in the development pipeline.
Hilton continues to grow its presence in Texas, with nearly 600 properties currently operating and approximately 240 more in various stages of development across the state.
