**Wade Bowlin Joins Lee & Associates – Houston as Executive Vice President**
Lee & Associates – Houston has announced the addition of Wade Bowlin as Executive Vice President. Bowlin brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm, having held senior executive leadership positions at several globally recognized companies.
Most recently, he served as Principal and Managing Director at Avison Young, where he led brokerage operations and strategic oversight of key office portfolios.
In his new role with Lee & Associates – Houston, Bowlin will focus on expanding the firm’s office leasing platform. His responsibilities will include advising landlords and developers on how to maximize asset performance. Additionally, he will contribute to business development initiatives and mentorship efforts within the brokerage team.
