This new residential property, designed by Runberg Architecture Group, consists of 249 units and is conveniently located near transit options connecting residents to communities throughout Bellevue and Redmond.
According to Ada Healey, chief real estate officer at Vulcan Real Estate, this development comes at an opportune time as Bellevue experiences a surge in growth with major tech companies moving in and the upcoming Eastside Link extension connecting Bellevue and Redmond. “Ondina’s opening will help meet the demand for housing in Bellevue,” she stated.
The eight-floor building features a variety of amenities including a lounge area, patio space with firepits. Along with market-rate homes, Ondina also offers 50 affordable studio, one-bedroom,and two-bedroom units through the Multifamily Tax Exemption program administered by East King County ARCH for households earning 80 percent or less of Area Median Income.
This project adds to Vulcan Real Estate’s portfolio on the Eastside which includes other developments such as 555 Tower and West Main located in Downtown Bellevue – both currently leased out to Amazon employees.
