Voyager Therapeutics Secures 90K-SF Space at Lexington Research Campus

Voyager Therapeutics has recently expanded its lease at the Hayden Research Campus in Lexington, Massachusetts. The company now occupies a total of 93,449 square feet at the campus owned by King Street and Healthpeak Properties. This expansion adds an additional 61,307 square feet to Voyager’s existing space.

The Hayden Research Campus offers various amenities for tenants such as a full-service cafeteria and café, outdoor seating areas with a fire pit, fitness center with lockers and showers, indoor bike storage,and surface parking along with two covered parking garages.

CBRE representatives Jon Varholak,Eric Smith,Perry Beal,and Alex Plaisted facilitated this transaction on behalf of Voyager. This latest development showcases Voyager’s continued growth in the research campus without mentioning any specific location names or companies involved.
