Vote on Proposed Miramar Mixed-Use Development Project

Sunbeam Development Corp. has its sights set on a 125-acre plot of land in Miramar for a large mixed-use development. Pending approval from the town’s zoning board later this month, the project would encompass 2,874 multifamily units and be located at the northeast corner of Miramar Parkway and Red Road.

In addition to residential units, Sunbeam plans to include various other amenities such as a 39,598-square-foot grocery store, 38,536 square feet of entertainment space including an outdoor bar spanning over 3,000 square feet.
