Voodoo Doughnut to Open First Chicago Location in Fulton Market - SEO Friendly

Chicago’s thriving food scene is set to expand with the addition of two new concepts. National real estate investment firm, The Feil Organization, has recently secured leases for two culinary establishments in Fulton Market.

One of these leases is for Voodoo Doughnut, a well-known chain that will be opening its first location in Illinois at 945 West Randolph. This 12,400-square-foot retail space will offer a wide variety of flavors and unique decorations from the popular Oregon-based doughnut brand.

The other lease is for Beity, an exciting concept featuring Lebanese and French cuisine located at 813 West Fulton Market within a mixed-use project including both retail and residential spaces. “Beity,” which translates to “home” in Arabic, marks Chef Ryan Fakih’s debut restaurant venture.

Goldstreet Partners’ Quinn Thomas represented Beity while Tether Advisors’ Sean Bossy and Ali Hicks represented Voodoo Doughnuts. The landlord was represented by Nick Dries internally with an asking rent rate of $125 per square foot for both transactions.

This latest development adds even more buzz to Chicago’s already vibrant food scene as it continues to attract top-notch dining options like Voodoo Doughnuts and Beity without any mention needed about Connect CRE or Connect LA.
