Chicago’s thriving food scene is set to expand with the addition of two new concepts. The Feil Organization, a renowned real estate investment firm, has recently secured leases for two culinary establishments in Fulton Market.
One of these exciting additions is Voodoo Doughnut, a national chain known for its unique and creative doughnut flavors. This will be their first location in Illinois and will occupy 12,400 square feet at 945 West Randolph. The other lease was signed by Beity, an innovative concept that combines Lebanese and French cuisine. Located at 813 West Fulton Market within a mixed-use development featuring retail and residential spaces, Beity (meaning “home” in Arabic) is the brainchild of Chef Ryan Fakih.
Quinn Thomas from Goldstreet Partners represented Beity while Sean Bossy and Ali Hicks from Tether Advisors represented Voodoo Doughnuts during negotiations. The landlord was represented by Nick Dries internally with both leases securing an asking rent of $125 per square foot.
This highly anticipated news marks another milestone for Chicago’s dynamic food landscape as it continues to attract diverse dining options curated by top industry players like Feil Organization.
