Since 2004, Arizona’s ambitious master-planned community of Vistancia has been under construction. Now, the 7,100-acre project is set to enter its fifth and final phase: FIVE NORTH. Construction of this new residential area is expected to begin in early 2024 with plans for a main street restaurant/retail corridor, hospitality services, office space and healthcare facilities as well as an extension of Vistancia’s signature Discovery Trail.
FIVE NORTH will also include 1,500 luxury mid-to high-density residential units located just 10 minutes from the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co (TSMC) in North Phoenix – making it prime real estate for workforce development within a 30 minute drive time radius that includes 462 500 workers.
California based IHP Capital Partners and Minneapolis based Värde Partners own Vistancia jointly through a venture partnership agreement.
